Using the site
By reading gvi.cc you agree not to scrape the brand into a fake admissions mill, not to present these pages as a live employer placement list, and not to copy student-facing claim language while stripping the caveats. The content is for evaluating GVI and for students doing GVI-style work.
The public educational offer
GVI presents a five-module virtual internship pathway with coaching and community features as described in the 2021 brochure and these pages. Nothing on this static site is, by itself, an enrollment contract, a visa, a credit-bearing course, or a job.
What must be confirmed in writing
Calendar, price if any, refund rules, named coaches, certificate wording, recommendation policy, working language, and data processing for a cohort. If it is not in writing, it is not part of the deal — including things a salesperson said with confidence.
Student work and referencing
Unless a separate agreement assigns it, students may keep and present their own reports and decks as portfolio evidence, honestly described. They may not present GVI participation as employment. They may not publish confidential materials. Model solutions remain teaching materials, not student work.
Conduct
Harassment, academic dishonesty, or attempts to coerce a letter should lead to removal from a cohort without a completion claim. Standards page governs the educational side of this rule.
No career outcome warranty
GVI does not warrant university admission, job offers, or scores. Artifacts may support those processes; they do not purchase them. This page is not legal advice and should be replaced or supplemented with counsel-reviewed terms before taking payment.
Intellectual property in plain language
GVI owns this website’s copy, marks, and model solutions. Students own their original reports and decks except where a separate agreement says otherwise. They may not republish model solutions as their own. They may not use the GVI name to imply employment. They may quote short passages of gvi.cc with attribution when evaluating or teaching the method.
If a dispute appears — a copied report, a misleading LinkedIn line, a partner overclaim — the educational response is standards; the contractual response is the cohort document. This page tells you those two layers exist. Counsel should write the version that accompanies payment.

Applying to GVI is not a mystery funnel. Read the curriculum, choose a practice track, prepare a short brief of interest, and verify coaching, artifacts, and claims in writing before any payment conversation.
