service / GVI
A GVI school partnership packages the five modules into a cohort calendar, with checkpoints staff can see and a closing presentation students can defend.
Timing, theme, expectations, and review moments written down before recruitment.
Counselors and teachers get the same language students get — modules, artifacts, integrity.
Presentations display recommendations, not only certificates.
A repeating weekly slot, a shared brief or a small set of tracks, a place to submit drafts, a mentor or written-review plan, and a parent-facing FAQ that matches this website. If any of those is missing, the school adult becomes the entire operations team.
The audiences/schools page and the school-cohort insight cover culture and equity. This offering page is the packaging.
GVI provides structure, review standards, and coaching design. The school provides attendance culture, devices if needed, and an adult who notices silence. Mentors review files. Students do the work. Confusion among those four roles is the usual failure.
Older program notes described small groups. That is a quality instinct: feedback does not infinitely scale. If a school wants a large cohort, split into teams with named coordinators and do not pretend every student gets a private hour with a coach.
Use GVI’s claim boundaries. Virtual internship practice, five modules, artifacts, coaching model as confirmed for the cohort. No invented employer list. No guaranteed letters. Link to gvi.cc/standards/ in the parent letter if you want fewer arguments later.
Calendar, module list, review staffing, certificate wording, letter policy, integrity, data, who talks to parents, stop conditions. If a partnership is announced before this document, you are marketing ahead of operations. GVI should not do that, and schools should not ask us to.
Include a pilot clause. Large numbers can wait until one term has produced files a counselor is willing to show another counselor.
Show a sample brief, a sample week, the integrity rule, the LinkedIn policy, and the closing pack. Take questions from the FAQ. Do not show a logo wall this site will not invent. Do not promise letters. Do say what staff time the school is actually providing. Parents can handle adult sentences. They cannot handle a surprise in week six.
Offer a device plan in the same evening. If some students need the library, say when the library is open. A global virtual internship that ignores who has a door is not global; it is selective.
End with the apply path for the cohort: who signs, what the student writes, when the first file is due. Inspiration last, if at all. Operations first.

Each page covers a different part of the remote internship pathway so families can compare structure, work, and evidence.
